Delivery to UK & Northern Ireland on our e-bikes is FREE and in 10 working days.
Note: Certain regions our delivery services maybe impacted by COVID and slightly delayed.
Accessories are FREE to deliver with orders over £500 to Mainland UK. For orders under £500, delivery price is dependant on item. Deliveries take up to 5 working days to arrive in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Note: Accessories ordered with e-bikes may come in separate deliveries.
Orders shipping overseas from the UK are subject to local tax and import charges where applicable outside the EU. Delivery times may vary dependant on the item and price will also be dependant on size and weight. Usually for overseas deliveries the shipping time takes up to 11 working days.
Signed for deliveries
All electric bike orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric bike deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.
The item will be returned to Blaise Electric if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on three occasions.
Returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges to deliver the item back to us. You will need to re-order your item to have it re-shipped.
Incorrect delivery details
Blaise Electric cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.
If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
